Product & MVP

Six production-ready MVPs, in six two-week sprints.

Rapid product and MVP design and build

The challenge

A roadmap moving faster than internal capacity.

RISE needed to accelerate its product roadmap: turning a backlog of feature ideas into shipped, production-ready MVP modules faster than its internal capacity allowed, without sacrificing design quality or consistency.

What we did

An embedded team, sprint by sprint.

  • Provided a dedicated, embedded design-and-build capability, sprint-prioritised with the RISE team.
  • Delivered six MVP modules across six two-week sprints, one MVP per sprint. Per MVP: feature spec refined with RISE, high-fidelity design, then front-end build, testing, and adjacent engineering.
  • James led product, design, user research, and sprint planning. Alex led architecture, hands-on development, code review, and QA.

Results

Roughly eighteen months of roadmap, in about three.
