We built Dudons an AI-enabled data pipeline and a Power BI reporting layer, converting voice-based tutoring interactions into structured, analysis-ready records.
The challenge
Valuable data, locked in voice notes.
Dudons generated valuable tutoring data across a fast-moving, distributed model, but it was trapped in voice notes, manual workflows, and disconnected systems. There were no reliable student profiles, limited visibility into learner progress or teaching quality, and manual processes that would not scale.

- Centralised reporting in Microsoft Power BI, unifying instructional and operational data into one environment.
- Built an AI-enabled data structuring pipeline: automated transcription and NLP workflows that convert voice-based student and teacher interactions into structured, analysis-ready records.
- Delivered dashboards covering proficiency tracking, assessment progress, sentiment, demographics, teacher effectiveness, and operations.
